Hiker Fundraising Ideas

Fundraising can be intimidating for some.
The key to successful fundraising it to make it fun and interesting to you and your team.
We've had great success with a few fundraising ideas.

Omelet and Pancake Breakfast

The fundraiser was a great success and lots of fun. Team Captain Deena Billings was able to raise over $800 in donations for her team. She was also able to raise lots of awareness at her company about the team and the cause. It was a huge success.

Sweet treats brought in some sweet donations. Bake sales and other goody sales are always a great way to get people interested in donating to your efforts.
Bake sales are a great team fundraising activity. Goodies are made ahead of time and can be sold just about anywhere.

GET YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES INVOLVED!

Many local pubs and restaurants will work with you to host a fundraiser. We've had successful events at Carraba's and will have one soon at Old Chicago at Superstition Springs.

See if a local retailer might be willing to donate a portion of the proceeds of a particular product or service they provide to your fund raising efforts.

 Churches and other groups may assist you in your efforts. Don't be shy, just ask. There are giving people all around us.

 

You can prevent breast cancer! Now get lets get marching to save some lives!!
